Rapid Poway Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Poway, CA and surrounding communities, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service.
All services are performed by experienced crew members using professional equipment. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, equipment availability, and permit requirements.
Any estimate or quote provided by Rapid Poway Tree Services is based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price. Final pricing may vary if conditions at the job site differ materially from those assessed during the estimate, including but not limited to unexpected structural issues, permit requirements, utility conflicts, or site access limitations.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. After 30 days, a new assessment may be required. We will always communicate any pricing changes before beginning work.
Prices do not include permit fees, HOA fees, or other third-party charges unless explicitly stated in a written estimate.
Appointments are confirmed once both parties agree on a date and scope of work. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, which will be communicated to you in advance.
Rapid Poway Tree Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Payment is due upon completion of each job unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing in advance. Accepted forms of payment will be confirmed at the time of your estimate.
For larger commercial or multi-day projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit terms will be specified in the written agreement for those projects.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collections process after reasonable notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that Rapid Poway Tree Services has clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled date. This includes removing vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles from the work zone, ensuring gates are unlocked, and notifying adjacent property owners if work may affect them.
You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before scheduling work on your property. Rapid Poway Tree Services will assist in identifying permit requirements and can advise on the process, but permit applications for work on your property are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rapid Poway Tree Services warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Beyond this, all services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that trees will survive pruning or trimming, as outcomes depend on the health of the tree prior to service and factors outside our control, such as climate, soil conditions, pests, or disease.

Rapid Poway Tree Services carries general liability insurance. If you believe property damage occurred as a direct result of our work, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of the completion of the job. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration. We will investigate all reported claims in good faith and respond in a reasonable time.
In the event of a dispute between you and Rapid Poway Tree Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any formal legal action.
If mediation fails, any legal claim or dispute arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
